Sessions: Face to face, usually weekly, 50 minutes long.
Our first session is an opportunity for us to assess whether we feel mutually matched to work well together. It is very important to choose a counsellor you feel comfortable with, as therapy may get emotionally tough.


Issues covered: Depression, post-natal depression, life transitions, bereavement, parenting issues, low confidence and self-esteem, menopause, relationship difficulties, work related difficulties, historical abuse and childhood issues, personal development, trans-personal development.


Duration: I offer open ended (no ending agreed upon start) or contracted/short term counselling (6-12 sessions). This offers you a choice in terms of financial and emotional commitment that feels appropriate to your situation and needs.
